Noel Luhanga
Noel Luhanga is an attorney with in excess
of 12 years’ experience in corporate, commercial, finance and business development. Prior to establishing Acacia Advisory Solutions, Noel worked with a major South African law firm, a
global renewable energy company and a diversified mining and resource group. Noel’s area of expertise and interest include business development, project finance, project development, M&A, general corporate and commercial law. Noel is well regarded for his integrity, straightforward and thorough manner in which he looks after clients and his results orientated approach to problem solving. He enjoys helping clients through connecting them with other businesses in his network. Noel is a certified NLP Practitioner and holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree and LLB from Rhodes University. Noel is also an Associate member of the Chartered Secretaries Southern Africa.
